H桥电机驱动器工作原理

在日常生活中的电动车窗,折叠后视镜,天窗,座椅控制和许多类似系统,都是通过简单的直流电机运行。这样继电器控车辆中的各种电机。

因为驱动继电器很简单,与之相比MOS在噪声,使用寿命,尺寸和可靠性方面要优越的多,因此使用MOS代替继电器始终是更好的选择,此外继电器无法控制电机的电流,控制电机是通过H桥网络实现的。

最简单的驱动桥是PWM,通过可变占空比的控制信号改变转速。

双极驱动允许同时打开两个MOS管,正向运行。

反向运行,通过不管的MOS管导能改变电机的正反转,通过PWM占空比改变其速度。
